Client posts

LinkedIn posts from every client you can see, in one table. Sort by any column to find the top posts across all of them.

Agency

Client posts is available on the Agency plan. See plans & what's included.

Opening it

Click Client posts in the sidebar, under Clients. Each row is one LinkedIn post, tagged with the client it belongs to. Use Columns to hide metrics you don't need; the choice is shared with each client's own posts table.

Profiles and periods

  • Profiles. The profile filter lists every client's LinkedIn profiles, grouped by client. Tick the ones you want. Nothing ticked means everyone.
  • Period. Pick the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or set a custom date range.

Every filter and the sort order are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark a view (say, last week's top posts by impressions) and come back to it.

Sorting

Click a column header to sort by it; click again to flip the direction. Sorting runs across the whole set before the table is split into pages, so “top 25 by impressions” really is the top 25 across every client, not the top of the newest 25. Load more brings in the next 25 in the same order.

Where the numbers come from

The posts and numbers match each client's own All posts tab under Analytics → LinkedIn. Each row shows the latest numbers for that post. Two things from that tab are left out on purpose: the “vs median” markers and the top and bottom 10% pills. Those compare a post with the other posts from the same client, so they don't mean anything in a mixed list.

Only LinkedIn profiles are included, not company pages. A profile that hasn't approved LinkedIn's analytics app isn't listed; the page names those profiles above the table so you know who is missing.

Who can see it

SeatWhat they see
Owner or adminEvery workspace on the account.
Everyone elseOnly the workspaces they belong to.
ClientNothing. Clients are sent to their approvals page instead, and workspaces where you hold a client seat are left out.

For what is coming up rather than what went out, see the Pipeline and the cross-client calendar.
