Which feed is which
| Feed | Shows |
|---|---|
| Team feed | What the channels on your own account have published. Your colleagues' posts, so the team can back each other up. |
| Network feed | What people outside your account have published, where they've connected with you and explicitly shared those channels. |
Team feed
Team Feed in the sidebar lists recent posts from every channel connected to your account, newest first. Nothing to set up: connect a channel and its posts appear.
- Only organic posts appear. Ads are left out on purpose โ one campaign's near-identical creatives would bury everything else.
- You can hide individual channels from your own view. That's per person, so hiding a noisy channel doesn't hide it for your colleagues.
- If you run several workspaces, the feed follows the workspace you're in, so one client's posts don't appear under another.
Network feed
The network feed is for reciprocal engagement with people who don't work with you: a founder friend, a partner company, a peer group who agree to support each other's posts.
Both sides choose exactly which of their channels to share. You see only the channels the other side shared with you, and they see only what you shared with them. Nothing is public.
Connecting with someone
- Send an inviteFrom Network, invite by email. They get a link.
- They accept and pick what to shareAccepting isn't sharing. They choose which of their connected channels you get to see.
- You do the sameChoose which of your channels they see. You can change this later, or revoke the connection entirely.
Until both things happen โ an accepted connection and at least one shared channel โ the feed tells you which step is missing rather than showing you an empty page.
Actions on a post
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Reply | Posts a comment on the platform, from a channel of yours that you pick. |
| Mark engaged | Clears the post and records that you did engage with it. There's an undo. |
| Dismiss | Clears the post without engaging. Also undoable. |
Dismissals are yours alone. Clearing a post from your feed doesn't clear it from a teammate's.
Replying from a feed
Replies work like they do in the social inbox: you choose which of your identities comments, and the reply goes to the platform immediately. Platforms where in-app replies aren't available say so instead of failing silently โ on those, open the post on the platform.
