Email digest

The weekly (or daily) post-ideas email, and how to time it.

What arrives

An email of suggested things to post about, drawn from your content pillars and your recent activity.

It is a prompt, not a queue. The point is to land in your inbox on a morning when you have twenty minutes and no idea what to write, with a handful of subjects that are actually yours rather than generic content-calendar filler.

Ideas from the digest are the same ideas you see in the app, so promoting one to a draft works the same way.

Setting it up

Settings โ†’ Email digest. Three choices:

Cadence โ€” off, daily, or weekly.

Day โ€” which weekday, if you chose weekly.

Hour โ€” what time, in your timezone. Set your timezone in your profile first; the digest is timed off it, so a wrong timezone means a digest at the wrong hour.

Picking a time

The two that work:

Weekly, on the morning you write. If you batch your posting on a Monday, have the digest arrive Monday at 8am.

Daily, early. If you post most days and want a nudge each morning.

The one that does not work is a cadence faster than you actually write. A daily email you skip six days a week trains you to ignore it, and then you miss the one you needed. Weekly is the better default.

Testing it

Send preview fires one to you immediately, with your real ideas in it, so you can see what you are signing up for without waiting for the next scheduled send. It arrives in a minute or so.

Turning it off

Set cadence to off, or use the unsubscribe link in any digest.

The digest is separate from your other email notifications. Turning off one does not turn off the other.

Generating the digest does not cost you anything

The ideas in it are produced by work you did not ask for, so they are not charged against your monthly AI allowance. Only the moment you promote one of them into a draft counts.

Scope

The setting is yours, not your account's. Each person on a team chooses their own cadence, and nobody can set it for anybody else.

Availability

Available on every plan.
