How it works today
Listening is not a self-serve switch. What a platform lets a tool watch varies enormously โ some allow keyword search, some only your own content, some nothing at all โ so rather than promise a universal firehose we set listening up per customer, per platform.
You tell us what you want to monitor and where, and we come back to you with what's possible for those platforms.
Make a request

What you can ask us to watch
| Option | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Keyword | A phrase you want to know about whenever it's used. |
| Competitor | What a named rival is publishing. |
| Specific person, page, or post | One account, or the conversation under one particular post. |
| Personal page | Activity on someone's own profile. |
| Channel | A whole channel or feed. |
| Industry or topic | Broader coverage of a subject rather than an exact phrase. |
| Brand mentions | People talking about you without tagging you. |
What's already built in
Two listening-shaped things need no request at all:
- The social inbox already collects every comment on your own posts across your connected platforms.
- The network and team feeds already collect posts from your teammates and your connections, so you can engage with them without hunting through timelines.
Use the request form for anything outside those two: content you don't own and people you aren't connected to.
