The shape of the bill
DemandBird bills one flat plan fee plus a block of connected social channels included in that fee. Beyond the included block you pay a small per-channel rate.
That is the whole model. In particular:
- Team members are free. Every paid plan can invite teammates, up to the plan's cap, at no per-seat cost.
- Workspaces are free. Business and Agency include unlimited ones.
- Extra connected channels are the only variable cost.
So if you never connect more channels than your plan includes, your bill is the same number every month regardless of how many people use it or how much you post.

Annual billing is 25% cheaper than monthly, which works out to roughly three months free. The included channels, the caps and the per-channel rates are identical either way โ see Add-ons for what the discount does to overage.

- Approvals, roles, LinkedIn Company Pages, the team engagement feed, the REST API, the MCP server, and posting by WhatsApp or SMS start at Business.
- White-label branding and per-member permission overrides are Agency only.
- Unlimited workspaces start at Business; Pro has one.
The trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during it.
A card is required to start the trial. Checkout is Stripe's hosted page, and it asks for card details before the trial begins even though the amount due is zero. We would rather say that plainly here than have you discover it at the payment step.
Changing plans
Change plan any time from Settings โ Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately.
If you are on annual billing and switch to monthly mid-cycle, the current annual period runs to its end before the change applies โ you are not billed twice and not refunded a partial year.
Downgrading to a plan whose channel cap is below the number of channels you have connected will not silently disconnect anything. Disconnect down to the cap first.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel from Settings โ Billing. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you are unhappy in the first 30 days we refund in full, no questions. Contact us and we will handle it.
What lapses when a subscription does
If a subscription goes past due or is cancelled, DemandBird stops the things that cost money on your behalf rather than deleting anything:
- AI drafting, rewrites and image generation stop.
- Scheduled publishing stops.
- Your posts, drafts, analytics history and connected channels are all still there.
Report links and PDF exports you have already sent to a client keep rendering with your branding, on every tier. A link a customer already handed to their own client should not quietly lose its logo because of a billing state on your side.

Plans scale past the pricing page's slider. Above 100 connected channels, ask for a quote and we will price it to your volume.
