White-label branding

The reports you hand a client should look like they came from you. Add your logo and brand colour once and every export carries them.

Agency

Editing white-label branding is available on the Agency plan. See plans & what's included.

Where your branding shows up

Branding applies to the things a client actually receives:

  • Exported PDF reports โ€” your logo in the header, your colour as the accent.
  • Shared report links โ€” the public /r/โ€ฆ page you send a client, described in Reports & shareable links.

It doesn't change the app itself. Your team still sees DemandBird when they log in; the client sees your mark on the artefact you send them.

Add your logo and colour

Settings, Branding: an uploaded logo with a Replace button, a brand colour field, and Save branding.
  1. Open Settings โ†’ Branding
    Admins only.
  2. Upload a logo
PNG, JPG, or SVG. Around 400ร—120ย px works best โ€” a wide, transparent mark sits properly in a report header.
  3. Set a brand colour
A hex value like #1a2b3c. It's used as the accent on exports, not as a full theme.
  4. Save
Existing shared links pick the branding up immediately โ€” the link doesn't change.

AI image style guide

The same settings page holds the AI image style guide: a short description of how generated images for this client should look. DemandBird suggests one from the workspace's positioning and brand colour, but it's only a suggestion until you save it โ€” nothing shapes your images until you've read it.

Unlike the logo, the image style guide is stored per workspace, so each client gets their own visual direction. It's available on every plan.

Client logos are separate

The logo on this page is your agency's, used on reports. The logo on a workspace is the client's own mark, used inside the app so your team can tell one client from another at a glance. They're different fields and neither overwrites the other.

If you change plan

Only the editing screen is gated. Branding you've already saved keeps rendering on every plan, so a link you sent a client last month never quietly loses your logo.

On Pro or Business the Branding page still opens โ€” it explains the feature and, if you have branding saved, confirms that it's still being used. The shareable report link controls on the same page are available on every plan.
