Three steps to a planned month

1

Make a copy

Copy the sheet or import the CSV into Notion. You get a full month of posting slots already mapped out across four content pillars.

2

Swap in your topics

Each row has a format, a platform, and a hook with a placeholder. Replace the bracketed parts with your own topics and the cadence is yours.

3

Work the status column

Move each row from Idea to Drafted to Scheduled. You always know what is going out, on which platform, and when.

Questions about the
content calendar

What is a content calendar template?
A content calendar template is a ready-made grid that lays out what to post, on which platform, and when. This one comes pre-filled with a four-week B2B cadence across four content pillars, so you start from a working plan instead of a blank sheet.
How is this social media content calendar organized?
It runs four weeks, with three to four posts per week mapped to four pillars: Industry POV, How-to, Story, and Customer proof. Every row includes a day, a format, a target platform, a hook with a placeholder, and a status column you update as the post moves along.
Is the template free?
Yes. It is a free Google Sheet with no signup and no gating. Click Make a copy to get your own editable version, or download the CSV and import it into Notion.
How do I import the calendar into Notion?
Download the CSV, then in Notion choose Import, select CSV, and pick the file. Notion builds a database with the same columns, so you can run the calendar as a table, a board, or a timeline.
Can I change the pillars and cadence?
Of course. The pre-filled rows are a starting point. Rename the pillars to match your business, add or remove posting days, and stretch the calendar past four weeks. Everything is editable.
What should I post in each pillar?
Industry POV is for opinions and data on your market. How-to teaches a task. Story makes you relatable with lessons and behind the scenes. Customer proof shows results, quotes, and case studies. The template suggests a format for each slot to get you moving.
