Here's how to find your posts on LinkedIn: both for the desktop version and for the mobile app. I'll also show you all the metrics you can extract from LinkedIn and where to find them — plus what you need to go beyond the native analytics and get real, actionable insights into your data.
Extracting post data from LinkedIn is time-consuming and sometimes frustrating, so let's see how to do it the easy way.
- On desktop: go to your profile, scroll to Activity, then click "Show all posts"
- On mobile: tap your profile icon → "Show all analytics" → "See all" → "Posts"
- LinkedIn's native analytics miss engagement rate, time-series trends, and outbound activity
- Liked and saved posts live in the Activity section — but deep history is hard to scroll through
1) See Your Posts: On Desktop
Here's how to find your posts using the desktop version of LinkedIn — whether you've published them with a scheduling tool or directly in-app.
How To Find Your Posts
Navigate to your LinkedIn profile and scroll down until you see the Activity section:
Once you find it, click the "Show all posts" link at the bottom. The activity overview screen will open. In the top navigation, make sure "Posts" is selected — or choose a different format if you want to see comments, videos, or other activity types. All of your posts will now appear.
What Data Do You Get?
- ✅ The impressions (views) of each post — also known as its "reach"
- ✅ How many reactions, comments, and reposts it received
- ✅ Ability to drill down into the comments on each post
- ✅ Demographic breakdown of who viewed your post
What Data Do You Miss?
- ❌ Your engagement rate day by day and post by post
- ❌ How your stats develop over time (with visualizations)
- ❌ Aggregate lists of people who've engaged with you and how often
- ❌ Lists of people you've engaged with (your outbound activity)
- ❌ How many people you're exchanging messages with
- ❌ The number of comments you're writing over time
Read on to learn how to get these deeper insights by going beyond LinkedIn's native analytics.
2) See Your Posts: On The Mobile App
Now for the mobile version of the LinkedIn analytics interface.
How To Find Your Posts
In the mobile app, you can find the post overview page under your profile. Tap your profile icon and then "Show all analytics":
Tap the "See all" button in the activity section, then tap "Posts". You'll now see all the available stats for your LinkedIn posts:
To get more detail on who saw a specific post, tap the "View analytics" link at the bottom of that post:
These insights will help you understand how each post performed at a granular level.
What Data Do You Get?
- ✅ Post impressions
- ✅ Likes and reactions
- ✅ All comments
- ✅ Members reached
- ✅ Watch time data — total and average (for video posts)
LinkedIn gives you the same data as on desktop, just in a more compact view.

3) Go Beyond Native Analytics
More and more LinkedIn creators demand better analytics to optimize their presence. LinkedIn's built-in tools give you a snapshot, but they don't help you answer the questions that actually matter for growth: what types of posts drive the most engagement, how your metrics are trending over time, or which of your past posts are worth repurposing.
That's exactly the gap DemandBird is built to fill. Rather than just showing you "what happened", we focus on "what should you do about it" — so you can be efficient with your time and double down on what moves the needle.
The metrics LinkedIn leaves out are often the most actionable ones — engagement rate trends, outbound activity, and a clear view of which posts are performing well enough to repurpose. These are the signals that separate creators who grow consistently from those who post and hope for the best.

If you want to see which posts you've reacted to over time, it's easy to find — in theory. Like the steps above, go to your profile and click the Activity section. You'll land on the "All Activity" tab. Scroll down and you'll find your comments and likes on other people's posts.
Keep in mind: if you're a frequent engager, scrolling back through your engagement history gets unwieldy very quickly. LinkedIn doesn't offer a search or filter for your own activity history, so this only really works for recent activity. The process is the same on both mobile and desktop:
See Saved Posts On LinkedIn
This is one of my favorite LinkedIn features for capturing inspirational content — and also one of the most buried. The first time I tried to find my saved posts, I had to Google it myself. It is not at all intuitive.
LinkedIn has a small "Saved items" button in the left sidebar of the feed view. Easy to overlook. When you click it, you'll see all the posts you've bookmarked for later.

FAQs
How do I see all my posts on LinkedIn?
Go to your LinkedIn profile and scroll down to the Activity section. Click "Show all posts" at the bottom. In the top navigation that appears, select "Posts" to filter to only your published posts. You can also switch to see just your videos, articles, or comments.
How do I see my posts on the LinkedIn mobile app?
Tap your profile icon at the top left, then tap "Show all analytics". From there, tap the "See all" button in the activity section and select "Posts". Your full post history with stats will appear.
How do I find posts I liked on LinkedIn?
Go to your profile and click the Activity section. You'll land on the "All Activity" tab. Scroll down and you'll see your likes and comments on other posts. Unfortunately LinkedIn doesn't let you filter or search within this view, so it's only practical for finding recent activity.
How do I find saved posts on LinkedIn?
On desktop, look for the "Saved items" link in the left sidebar when you're in the feed view — it's easy to miss. On mobile, tap your profile picture in the top left to slide out the navigation panel, then tap "Saved items".
Can I see a history of all the comments I've written?
Yes, but only partially. Your comments appear in the Activity section alongside your likes, under the "All Activity" tab. There's no dedicated comments filter that shows a clean list, and scrolling back through a long history is impractical. If you comment frequently, you'll only realistically be able to review the past few weeks.
